The graph in C displays the spline surface of the frequency of pairs of
[µ(N), µ(Y)] observed values. The frequency
of the pairs around [µ(N)=0, µ(Y)=0] shows that
advertisements did not influence the voting decision of at least 50% of the
volunteers.
